To send a request to the IT Team, simply send an email to it@dealerspecialties.com and a ticket will be created for you.
As a reminder, requests to it@dealerspecialties.com should be sent from your main email account so our ticketing system can link the request to a user. Sending in a ticket from a shared email account will only delay our ability to respond to your issue quickly.
